You can tell I really tried on the title of the piece

Terran Reaper division comprises of the most dangerous criminals, who are granted full pardons and debts paid in full to society IF they survive the 2 years of combat duty. Pretty sweet deal except that no one lasts over 5 months hah hah

lol it means those who are about to die salute you, from the latin phrase during ancient Rome's gladiator games.

"Ave Imperator, morituri te salutant." = Hail Emperor, those who are about to die salute you.
